- How do I make an appointment?
We welcome walk-ins, however, if you make an appointment you
will have priority when you arrive at your appointment time. Call us today to
make an appointment or e-mail us your preferred date and times available and
we will contact you to confirm. Here's how to contact us.
- I need a tow. My car is not safe or legal to
drive.
We will arrange and have your vehicle
towed to our facility, pay for the towing and submit the bill for you to your
insurance company.
- I need a rental car:
If you were hit by someone else — the other
party is responsible for your rental vehicle. We will help arrange this for
you and work with you to make convenient arrangements for you and do our best
to put you in a vehicle you will enjoy.
If you are at
fault — and are going through your own insurance, we will arrange
everything for you.
- I don't have rental car coverage, it was my fault
and I need a rental.

- My insurance company said I had to go to one of
their shops.
We have worked with all the major
insurance companies for 30 years. You have the right to choose your repair
facility. Call us or come in and we will call and work with your insurance
company. We have been doing this for 30 years and most of our customers are
repeat customers or referrals. Choose a facility that works for you!
- My insurance company says I have to go to one of
their facilities to get the inspection first.
Why should you have to be inconvenienced? We will arrange your
drop off, inspection and work with your insurance inspector to assure a proper
repair and thorough detailed estimate. Call us first and we'll take care of
everything.
- I was in an accident where the other person who
hit me doesn't want to go through insurance.
This is common. Call us and we will help protect you through
this process. We take digital photos before, during and after the repair, can
arrange a rental quote prior to drop off for the other party and assist you in
payment arrangements. If you keep everything clear up front and both parties
co-operate, this can work out fine. Let us help you make sure this works out
or help you understand when it's best to go through your insurance company,
and let them assist you with us.

- How long will my repair take?
This depends on the amount of damage to your vehicle. We work
for you however, and generally meet or exceed our competitors cycle-time. We
have found from experience, our customers prefer quality over speed but your
vehicle will be moving through the detailed repair process quickly. If you
have special circumstances, let us know and dependent on the repair we may be
able to assign multiple technicians to save some time. Let us know what your
needs are and we will review what we may be able to do for you.
- Can you match the color?
Yes! We have computerized color matching and other tools with
the latest technology to determine the best color match. We also have talented
technicians that hand-tint to exactly match the color of your vehicle. Each
vehicles location, local weather, how it is cared for, where it is parked and
where it was originally painted by the dealer — these all affect the exact
color. Our experts will consider all of this and use the highest guidelines to
assure a beautiful finish. We use high quality DuPont Waterborne paint. Your
color will be beautiful and guaranteed with a limited lifetime
warranty.
